Looking at the Stitching Notes, I've got a couple of suggestions. First, you need to figure out how to fix your ISO (white balance) and exposure time for best results. Second, you'll need to reduce your Field of View a bit - currently you've got horizontal overlap of only 12.3 percent - that's not really enough for the GigaPan Stitcher to find enough control points to properly stitch the images. You want to shoot for an overlap between adjacent photos of somewhere between 30% and 50%. If you're able to get these things sorted out I suspect you'll be considerably more pleased with your resulting GigaPans.
