The sharpness over an image of this size is phenomenal. Well done!

I love it! It's a great example of what can be done. However . . . I can find stiching errors and blurry sections. Was something moving the camera during shots? Or was the camera having focus problems sometimes? OK, I see, you had it focusing for each shot and in some cases adjacent shots would focus on different things.

The lighting wasn't as bright as it appears in the image above. Many areas that had only flat areas like the wall caused the focus to get confused. It may take a few more shots until the focus was found again. I did try to pause and step back a few frames. This could have caused some extra camera movement.
