A beautiful cold winter day in Anchorage, AK. Taken about 4:15 PM. I was heading to Glen Alps and had to pull over to take a 360 since it was so clear. Thought that it would wrap in the viewer, but it didn't. This was my first outside gigapan using Canon A640, 108 images. |
|
taken from the top of the cliffs above solana beach. obvious stitching artifacts due to moving ocean waves, although they seem to affect other parts of the image as well. taken using gigapan mount, a650, 135 images |

Taken 4:30 looking opposite of the glenn alps panorama. The batteries in the gigapan were failing, and so the last two shots were taken by hand. Most of this one had me pushing the mount by hand to help the motors turn the camera. |

my second attempt to get dome shots. lighting seemed dark, and so the exposure time is longer and this the motion of some players in the frame is blurred. used the gigapan |
|
wanted to see if the lighting on the scultputes would work. would like it to have more detail so you can read the names of the books on the shelves. prob need better zoom for that. |

taken at 4:45 from the flattop overlook, looking down at turnagain arm and cook inlet and anchorage...0 degrees F |
