spacer This is my first try of GigaPan Imager (new model is called GigaPan Epic) out of home. And this is my first 1 Gigapixel+ GigaPan panorama uploaded on Gigapan.org.

Mellat Park (Pârk-e Mellat) is a park in Tehran, the capital city of Iran.

Known as the Shahanshahi Park (Imperial park) prior to the revolution of 1979, it is one of the largest recreation areas in Tehran. It is situated at the foot of the Alborz mountains adjacent to Valiasr Street in the east, and extends to the Chamran Expressway (Parkway) and Seoul Street to the west. The park lies south of the Tehran International Fair grounds and the Enghelab Club. It has pathways for walking and shade for picnics and relaxation as well as facilities such as snack bars, coffee shops, and a small aviary. At the edge of the park is a new Cineplex. Mellat Park is watered by the winter-snow streams coming down from Mt. Tochal close to 4,000 m high.

The Mellat park is also the location of one of the steam-powered locomotives used on the first Persian railway section built during 1886-1888. The No. 664 locomotive was built by the Belgian "Ateliers de Tubize" and commissioned on 1887.

spacer I love Pag island because of its diversity, natural beauty and night life! That's why I share this extra large panorama with you! Explore it, enjoy it!

In this large panorama the Zrce beach (green area) is higher in resolution than the rest of the panorama.

Zrće is a long beach near Novalja on the island of Pag famous among party people because of good dance clubs and beach bars - sort of croatian Ibizza.
On the left side of zrce is famous Papaya Club where Armin Van Buuren will come in summer 2010 (during Papaya Day & Night Summer Festival )...

Along the coast line you can see many other smaller beaches. On the right side you can see Velebit mountain range.

Here is some more information about the US One Dollar Bill...

The basic face and back designs of all denominations of United States paper currency, except the backs of the $1 and $2 denominations in general circulation today, were adopted in 1928.

The front of the bills feature portraits of famous, deceased American statesmen: George Washington on the $1, Thomas Jefferson on the $2, Abraham Lincoln on the $5, Alexander Hamilton on the $10, Andrew Jackson on the $20, Ulysses Grant on the $50, and Benjamin Franklin on the $100. Notes of higher denominations, while no longer produced featured William McKinley on the $500, Grover Cleveland on the $1000, James Madison on the $5000, and Salmon Chase on the $10,000.

Faceplate Numbers and Letters are the small numbers and letters that can be found in the lower right and upper left corners of a bill. In the left corner is the Note Position Number. This consists of the Note Position Letter and a quadrant number. The combination indicates the position of the note on the plate from which it was printed. In the lower right corner, the Note Position Letter is followed by the Plate Serial Number. This identifies the plate from which the note was printed. The Plate Serial Number for the reverse (back) side of the note is in the lower-right corner, just inside the ornamental border on the reverse of the bill.

Bills that bear a small "FW" in the lower right corner on the face of the note (to the left of the note position letter) indicate that the bill was printed at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing's Western Currency Facility in Fort Worth, Texas.

Here are a few interesting facts about the one dollar bill...

The first $1 notes (called United States Notes or "Legal Tenders") were issued by the Federal Government in 1862 and featured a portrait of Secretary of the Treasury Salmon P. Chase (1861-1864).
The first use George Washington's portrait on $1 notes was on Series 1869 United States Notes.
The inclusion of "In God We Trust" on all currency was required by law in 1955. The national motto first appeared on paper money in 1957 on $1 Silver Certificates, and on all Federal Reserve Notes beginning with Series 1963.
The first $1 Federal Reserve Notes were issued in 1963. The design, featuring George Washington on the face and the Great Seal on the back, has not changed.
Of all the notes printed by the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, $1 notes make up about 45% of currency production.
The life span of a $1 Federal Reserve Note is 21 months. (Other denominations have different life spans.

The Gulf Fritillary or Passion butterfly (Agraulis vanillae) is a striking, bright orange butterfly of the family Nymphalidae, subfamily Heliconiinae. These were formerly classified in a separate family, the Heliconiidae or longwing butterflies, and like other longwings this species does have long, rather narrow wings in comparison with other butterflies. It is not closely related to the true fritillaries. It is a medium to large butterfly, with a wingspan of from 6—9.5 cm. Its underwings are buff, with large silvery spots. It takes its name from the fact that migrating flights of the butterflies are sometimes seen over the Gulf of Mexico.

The Gulf Fritillary is commonly seen in parks and gardens, as well as in open country. Its range extends from Argentina through Central America, Mexico, and the West Indies to the southern United States, as far north as the San Francisco Bay Area on the west coast. It is occasionally found further north in the US.
