One of the most beautiful villages of France is Moustiers-Sainte-Marie north of the "Lac de Sainte-Croix" on the west entrance of the "Gorges du Verdon". A really must for tourists..

This is a view of Turtleback falls and the Horsepasture river just upstream from Rainbow Falls. The entrance and trailhead are in Gorges State Park, Sapphire, NC but the trail runs out of the park and into Nantahala National Forest, where the actual waterfalls are located. |
