A "shopping spree" was sponsored by the Junior League at the newly constructed Raleigh Convention Center, North Carolina. This panorama captures the hundreds of people on the convention center floor going from booth to booth, and the multitude of items for sale. |

Taken with a Canon G9 camera mounted on a Gigapan Beta unit.
Stitched this image in two halves and then spliced together with photoshop in the middle. Worked with two 5GB+ Photoshop RAW files. About 1.3" second shutter with corrected Color Balance and Exposure settings. Focus was not fixed so there are a few grid squares where they are blurry. I was surprised to see the detail this shows. Know I know that I can take LARGE 360 Panoramas and stitch them together. I love Artistic Portraits that concentrate on expressions, relationships, and real moments. So, the style of Photography I work with is Photojournalistic, it tells a story...

The bottle line at the Sprecher brewery in Milwaukee. Short tour followed by the all you can drink Beer Garden. All you can drink soda and up to 4 beers. Some amazing brews...I greatly enjoyed the creme soda but also tried the pizza beer and the XXX root beer which was very good. The pizza beer did taste just like a pizza... which was a bit disconcerting...even the after taste had me feeling i took a bite of pizza. |

This is my favorite place to eat or just hang out. I shot these images with a Canon G10 on a Gigapan Beta. Zoomed to 30.5 mm (140 mm equiv.) it took 48 photos in each of 3 rows to get around the 360 degrees. With 8 seconds at f/8 and ISO 100 plus the waiting time while the camera reduced noise I had to set the GigaPan to wait 24 seconds before moving to the next. Therefore you can see me waiting at the end of the bar, actually twice on both ends of the panorama... |
