Gigapan epic 100
Nikon D300 with cheap 300m.m. zoom Picture consist of about 170 pictures Every image needed 30 second to take and 30 second for noice reduction. All in all 3 and a half hour - had to stop cause dawn came :-) |

taken w/ a Sony 4Mp dsc85, autostitch did not work with the little overlap of photos at several places, whereas Pixtra Panostitcher did, altho' that program has problems w/ long names and putting two pans together. |

This is the same as my other pano with the exception that the good South Pole doc (grannydoc) went to the trouble of drawing in each of the constellations that are visible in the sky. You can see the same pano without the stars drawn in at my other pano:

Wish I could upload sound... I recorded the machines which were screaming something along the lines of, "Do not pay anyone claiming to be a parking attendant." But as the gates had long since been broken off and it was around 7AM on a Sunday, it made for a beautiful situation. |
