Here it is - my first attempt at a Gigapan. I think I need to work on focusing (and brainstorm some other interesting park sites to photograph!) but overall I'm pretty pleased with the inaugural shoot. |

Taken through a window from the 36th floor of the Cathedral of Learning. |

Taken at the intersection of Barlett and Hobart Streets. This was a fairly challenging gigapan because of the hills, trees, spectators and very limited locations to set up without a media pass or getting in the way. I ended up standing on a small grassy hill wedged between hot staging areas, fences and crosswalks. |

Pano of the 2009 Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix Saturday combined car show taken from a hilltop tee on the Schenley Park Golf Course, immediately following very short rain. After about 4 hours of great weather, empty parking spots are peppered amongst the cars. In view is the BMW Marque of the Year area, Porsche, Swedish, French, Japanese and "The Cortile" Italian area atop the opposite hill by the clubhouse. |

The 12th Annual WYEP Summer Music Festival was held at Schenley Plaza in Oakland this June. The Duhks are onstage and a huge crowd is gathered on a beautiful evening. Aside from a couple of half-people, I think this turned out well. Given how many people were around, I'm actually surprised there aren't more people-fragments! |
