Vigo is one of the most important cities of Galicia, Spain, located in the province of Pontevedra.
According to the 2005 census, the population of the city of Vigo proper was 293,725, and the population of the entire metropolitan area was estimated to be 420,672, ranking Vigo as the 14th-largest metropolitan area of Spain. The city is well known for its fishing industry, shipyards, food, cultural and night life, and football (soccer) team Celta de Vigo. |

Vista de Alicante desde el Puerto, inicialmente se hicieron 176 fotografías con una Canon 5DII y un 300/4, parte de la imagen ha sido recortada por debajo para mejorar el encuadre y eliminar una gran zona sin interés en el agua, primero hice una fotografía más general del puerto unos dias antes, pero al explorarla descubrí que había obreros escalando la muralla del castillo para restaurarlo

La estación de vuelo libre de El Yelmo es es una de las zonas más importantes del sur de Europa para el vuelo libre y especialmente el parapente, aquí se celebra todos los años el Festival Internacional de Cine del Aire, con ocasión de este festival es facil ver más de 200 parapentes volando al mismo tiempo.
Esta zona de vuelo, es famosa entre otras cosas por las potentes restituciones que se forman, y bajo estas especiales condiciones aerológicas, muchos pilotos aterrizan después de la puesta de sol, este espectaculo se encuentra en estos momentos amenazado por un tendido eléctrico de alta tensión que se está instalando en estos momentos y que pasa muy próximo al lugar donde se celebra el festival, constituyendo un grave riesgo para los pilotos. Para hacer esta fotografía se ha utilizado 148 fotografías disparadas por una rotula motorizada llamada Automate 1.0, esta es la primera foto que hago con ella para probarla. |

Palamós is a town and municipality in the Mediterranean Costa Brava, located in the comarca of Baix Empordà, in the province of Girona, Catalonia, Spain.
Palamos was founded and recognised as a village on 3 December 1279 by 'Pere el Gran', 'Comte de Barcelona' (Peter III of Aragon). He wanted to found a new port on the coast as the previous royal port in the region at Torroella de Montgrí on the River Ter had silted up. Palamós is situated at the northern end of a large bay, which is popular for swimming, sailing and windsurfing. The town is by-passed by the C31 which connects the coastal towns of the central Costa Brava with Girona. Palafrugell lies 8.5 km to the north and Castell-Platja d'Aro 7 km to the south. The town is a major port (with the closure of Sant Feliu the only commercial harbour in the Province of Girona) with one of the last remaining fishing fleets on this part of the mediterranian coast. It is famous for the locally caught prawns (Gambes). In the picture the "new" or relatively recent pleasure harbour. |
