Can any one explain how this ghostly person is created or is it a real Ghost? :O I am talking about the image close to the lamp post on the right of Obama ( as If obama is looking over his right shoulder ). This ghostly man image is the one close to the lamp post. He is the one looking away from obama. Interesting? Scary?
