Mac Village Productions was founded in 2008 by William K. Harris. Our production team is managed by Designer, Photographer, and Film Editor Bill Harris. He along with a skilled team of graphic designers, developers and innovators push the envelope of creativity to deliver more value with minimal investment.
Mr. Harris is an experienced Information Technology Professional with over 25 years of experience selling and implementing complex global enterprise solutions. He excels at conveying solid Return on Investments which have allowed him to close more then $200M in solutions sales.
As an Information Technology Specialist; Bill has led high performance client solution engagements thru the life cycle of opportunity identification, business development, product management, implementation, and deployment. He has extensive experience in data storage, content management, and business workflow solutions utilizing a plethora of different technologies.
As a Technology professional, Bill has served in an executive capacity in business operations such as EMC North American Solutions Division, PTC Global Services, and Xerox Global Services. In these positions he led client facing solutions focused project teams, large scale technology outsource programs, and performed as an executive consultant.
He is now taking these years of experience and applying them to Mac Village Productions to drive outstanding solutions and value for his customers.

A unparalleled beautiful view of Rochester is from the High Falls. This gagapan is a first in a series of views of downtown Rochester looking at the city from the High Falls bridge. For each season, a new gigapan will be taken showcasing this spectacular view of the city! This view represents a panoramic view of the Genesee River 96-foot waterfall and spectacular gorge and a visit to an urban cultural park that celebrates Rochester's earliest industrial area started during the Flour City era.
Photographers Note - This picture was taken on January 10, 2010 the day after the temperature in Rochester dipped down to almost 0 degrees! This GigaPan consists of 645 individual pictures stiched together, creating a 658 megapixel panogramic, with each picture taken at a focal length of 200mm.

In honor of Rochester’s 175th Anniversary, the City and the Veterans Outreach Center will present a special Veterans Day Concert featuring the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra and special guests under the direction of Principal Pops Conductor Jeff Tyzik.
The Veterans Day RPO POPS Spectacular will pay tribute to Rochester’s military veterans by providing area residents an opportunity to enjoy jazz and patriotic-themed music performed by the RPO Pops for just $5 a ticket. The concert will take place at 7 p.m. on Nov. 11 in the Blue Cross Arena at the War Memorial.
It will also feature performances by the Roberts Wesleyan College Chorale and trumpeter Byron Stripling.
“I cannot think of a better way to celebrate the anniversary of Rochester than by honoring our veterans, especially in a time of war,” said Mayor Duffy. “We are fortunate to have one of America’s greatest orchestras right here in our city to help us mark this celebration with a heart-pounding musical performance.”

Photographers Note - This GigaPan was supposed to be a total of 330 pictures, but ended up only being 150 photos because the RPO performance was switching to the Jazz portion of the show, and house lights needed to go down. So as a result of this sections 107 - 111 were not photographed, I am sorry if missed you, but as the saying goes... "The Show Must Go On!"

A beautiful fall day in Rochester, NY so I was out looking for great shots. I was able to catch the rainbow from the falls as well, along with some people looking on.

While certainly the potential to be a neat GigaPan, I ran into two problems with this shot - Lesson 1 - Don't Run out of Juice during a GigaPan Shoot. Lesson 2 - If you do, and are forced to change batteries - Don't bump or move the Rotator Head! - Whoops... Either way it is a neat "demo" shot of what can be accomplished.
